Default Hello and Thanks :)

Hi Everyone... I am a new member to the board but have been lurking and taking lots of good advice from you for over a year. Last week I followed some of your recommendations and purchased both the Best Shot 3-step system (from the manufacturer) and a Grooma Rake (from eBay). OH MY GOODNESS... My doodle's coat has never been so soft and manageable! Usually he is soft and fluffy for about 10 minutes after being brushed; this time, it has lasted for a week! Thanks to all of you for the good info you provide on this board

Here is my doodle (Chewy) at 10 weeks, 6 months, and 1 year.... He has changed so much!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Chewy (actually short for Chewbacca, but the other definition unfortunately fits too) is the product of a F2 mother and F1 father. Like all of your doodles, he is a big adorable clown and has been a wonderful addition to our family. He does not shed AT ALL, which is wonderful considering our other dog is a lab/Australian shepherd/who-knows-what mix that we call the "master shedder".... I could not have handled two like that in the house!

We just finished up our Canine Good Citizen class, which I am recommending to everyone I talk to.... It made a world of difference! Now not only is he cute, but he is a "good boy" too .

Congratulations to you and to Chewy on graduation from CGC! It takes a great dog with a loving, dedicated owner to pass...so kudos!
