I tried a piece of salmon jerky.....nothing. I'll stop at the store on my way to work tomorrow and try some canned, thanks. Tonight I'll try with some hamburger.

I heard that chicken broth or beef broth dribbled on top might do the trick as well. (If you have any of that)

Holly is the cutest. Good thing I'm not taking in Rescues - Ones like Holly would find forever homes really fast
Gene - you are the greatest for opening your home and heart to these doodles.

She's so sweet Gene....I'm glad she found you!!! When Raleigh goes for a day to a day and a half without eating, I pour some College Inn low fat chicken broth on his food, and he gobbles it up...of course Miss Molly has to have it too...

Never thought of that! I do have a can of low sodium chicken broth in the cupboard. I've never had a dog that didn't eat!!

I had just made homemade turkey soup and the dogs go on strike if they don't get some on their food. I am not much of a soup eater but between the dogs and my DH it goes pretty fast. I am worried what they will do when the soup is gone. I am afraid we will have a strike on our hands!

Wow Gene. I'm just getting caught up after being away. Holly is gorgeous and so lucky to have you rescue her. I hope she feels better real soon. Poor girl, uti, spaying, waxed up ears, no wonder she's not herself and not feeling up to eating. Hugs to you and all your gang!

Awwww, Holly is beautiful. And what a lucky girl to have you as her foster Dad. I hope that whatever is making her feel "blue" goes away soon. She deserves to fully enjoy her great new life with you and your *kids*.

haven't been on the forum for days, it seems.....just getting caught up today.

holly is absolutely beautiful!! such a sweetheart!
hope she is doing better now and maybe she has finally had a little to eat??
what worked?....assuming she is eating. When coco was recovering last week from some sort of
"bug" to get her to eat a little...I hand fed her little bits of her food...which at the time was boiled chciken and brown rice.
If I fed her, she'd eat. Now she is back to normal and doesn't expect the special treatment.

we need an update!!
