Default Dex is at the groomers...updated with photos

I heard the dreaded words "he is fairly matted"...I'm hoping we don't wind up with a naked doodle.

P.S. How funny is it I had to work at home to transport my doodle to the groomer (her appointments are booked at night for awhile)?? Lukily I can just work at home w/o giving a reason because this would have been a funny one.

I'll share some photos later.

hehehehe. My girlfriend had to work at home a while ago becuase she was watching someone's dog and the dog decided it would be fun to pull all the potpurri out of the bowl, chew it, and then lay in it. The dog that used to be white was pink. She had to stay home to make sure the dog didn't get sick!!! (She didn't)

Good luck with Dex. I hope you don't get nekid doodle back.

That is ok, my husband has had to say can i have the morning off to take the dogs to the vet with my wife. And he also took off work to got to New York to get Beau . He told his boss he had a family trip planned. I don't know if he said he was driving almost 600 miles to pick up a doodle. But we are so glad we did.

How Dex turns out good. Maybe he will be just a bit shorter then his normal. But I hope he isn't a naked doodle.

I take sick days whenever the dogs need to go to the vet or if they get into something and I am seriously worried. I call it in as family illness. When we got a new principal I told my co workers not to mention the fact that I didn't have kids, well, the human kind anyway!

You guys are funny - at least I'm not the only one. I'm lucky - my supervisor is really nice and as long as I get my work done, she doesn't mind me working at home sometimes Anyway, I'm so happy w/Dexter's haircut - I think he looks very cute. He was there for over 4 hrs

Here's one from the other night so a "before":

And now after...

not the clearest photo, but I loved their pose...

He looks so cute! But I must say I LOVED the before photo! I'm a sucker for that shaggy bed-headed look...(that and he looked like a fluffier Finn )
