OK we have our morning routine down pat.........Doodles hear my eyeballs shift my eyelids open and spring into action
i walk outside with a blanket wrapped around me stumbling while they potty asap come back in within 20min breakfast time. Within 15min IT"S TIME to go out for Potty walk and play FRISBEE . I am usually still have asleep and partly numb to coldness outside as they say a tired doodle is a good doodle.......we're out for 20 to 45min at a time. They always wait till we're almost to the house to go inside to then START a MAJOR Doodle 500 RUN. it's my morning giggle for sure!! I had the wrong camera lens on today but who cares if the pics came out perfect....we had a blast and they're passed out at my feet the bath i gave them yesterday morning......it's been washed out by the dew and mud DOODLES are still peaceful Peanut loves to take a stroll ![]() Max lives to play frisbee ![]() AFTER 45minutes i do the "BYE BYE " and start to head to house which always gets them doing this. Peanut: " MAX , MOM SAID ---IT"S TIME TO GO BACK IN" ![]() Max "Say it again-- I DIDN"T HEAR YOU THE FIRST TIME" ![]() Max: "run run run as fast as you can --- can't catch me i'm the gingerbread man!" ![]() peanut sets her goals , target in sight and getting ready to close in on Max ![]() Peanut always tries to nip Max in the butt and they end up wiping out everytime

Fantastic action shots!! Would not mind spending my mornings in a place like that. Love the story and the routine.
Marley and I have a routine too, but unfortunately at 5AM it is too dark to see too much, but I know for sure the views are not as nice as what you have there. One day Annmarie, on one of our Buffalo trips, if we find the time, Marley and I are gonna crash one of your outdoor doodle romps. Looks like fun!!

GREG you should we're 1 hour from Buffalo and it's all highway driving.
I also realized that soon as i find a job it may not be working from my home like in the past so now I treasure my days with the doodles even more! Funny, at times I envy others going to parks, beaches, trails BUT at same time realize my yard is like a private park and grateful as it is convenient and peaceful.

We live in inner suburbia and have a postage stamp size backyard.
Our poor doodles have to go to parks and beaches to stetch those doodle legs of theirs. I am positive they would trade it all for a big backyard with a creek at the back any day!!! Beautiful photos, thanks for my morning smile

I don't think you had the wrong lens on. The effects are excellent.
Looking at your photos shows me how alike doodles around the world are. My two play exactly the same games in exactly the same way as yours do. Nice to know your kids are normal, isn't it?

Gorgeous pictures, and I love the narrative. I can't believe that's your yard...if I could open my door and see THAT, I would never ever leave home!
