Ruby had a "fun time" with a yeast infection in her ears a while back (hers cost us about $150). Hope your pup is feeling better soon.

We've settled into a routine of weekly ear cleanings and keeping the hair plucked out of her ear canals (a hemostat works great for that). Never thought a dog would be so high maintenance!!!
