WOW! Way to go, Elmo! That is AWESOME!

Was the contest through an organization? Was it a national thing? I lived in the UK in 2006-2007 so I'm always interested in all things British!

Hi

Elmo is so happy,we have never won anything before.
I think it was all over the UK but not certain.
I will have to wait and see what has been put into the paper.
Thanks everyone for your lovely replies.

Of course you won! What chance did any other animal have competing with all that charm and beauty.

Congratulations Elmo.

Couple of photos of Elmo enjoying his prizes...... not sure where this will be advertised? The competition was on VivaPets and "FridayAd" (one of those classifieds papers)..... got an e-mail to say Elmo had won, sent more photos etc and received prizes ..................

With the pheasant, he liked this a lot, but then he always liked his duck as well....

Elmo listening to his I-Pod Touch... his favourite music being "Melodic Death Metal"
The Bear says, "While all types of Metal can have Melodic forms, this one has grown into it’s own subgenre. Combing Death Metal with Power Metal, Melo Death is full of guitar harmonies and pounding drumming. Somewhere between Death and Power Metal in terms of technical skill, it’s sound is very distinctive due to the Gothenburg scene. Vocals are still growled, but higher and clearer than in Death Metal. My favourites are – At The Gates, Dark Tranquillity, Arch Enemy."

Rock on hairy one !

Our doodles prefer 'The Wiggles' but to each their own.
Lucee and Rusty love your pheasant and want to know where they can get their own pheasant???
I thought Elmo turned his nose up to chicken wings?
Well done old chap! They didn't stand a chance with you in the running
Congratulations Elmo!
