Good thinking on dropping the leash. I learned that with my labs -- they were sweet like Denver and challenged often.

Denver, <sigh> you just get better and BETTER.

Fortunately I have not been in that postion yet, and I worry having an un-neutered dog. Marley is quite the social butterfly & I worry one day the other dog won't feel the same.
Thanks for the tip on dropping the leash.....
