My DH has fallen head over heels in love with our Remy. I've never seen him like this about any other dog. We are in Ireland right now, will be returning on Thursday.
When we left Remy with our trusted friend, who also has a LD, he had a hard time leaving. We are having some work done at our home while we are away and this sparked my imagination. Night before last I had a dream that the contractor demolished our house to the ground. My DH was like "Oh well". Then in my dream I told him the Remy was in the house and he started crying like a baby. When I told him about the dream, he said," That sounds right on!" I just crack up. This is the same man who told me we could tie out the 8 week old puppy outside on the run. What a change! I'm ecstatic about it!

My husband was the same way!!
My family is not as fond of my little dogs as they tend to stick to me like glue, however....the Labradoodles have a way of making you feel special. They seem to make sure that they have a personal relationship with everyone in the house. And everyone gets the estatic welcome when they come home from them, just real personable dogs.....at least mine are! My hubby as the one that insisted their beds be at the foot of our bed, and no matter what they do....they can do no wrong (unlike my little dogs |
