We can already tell that Gracie has grown. She will have a visit to the vet next week and we'll find out how much. She has been learning a lot this week... things like you shouldn't get in the way of big running doodles, sharp teeth can move mountains (and I mean Charlie when I say that), running up the stairs is easy, and don't walk under big doodles after they've been in the house all day (you might get wet).
Here is Gracie being introduced to our grandson, Logan. It was lucky for Logan that she was already tired out from playing with Hershey and Charlie all day. Although it is almost as big as she is, Gracie is often found chewing on the big bones and playing with the large squeaky toys. If her little toys stayed out then the big doodles would get them. Charlie and Gracie have a special relationship. It is amazing to see these two play considering the difference in their sizes. Charlie will sometimes act like a puppy and other times like a daddy. Gracie will climb on him, pull on his tail, and nip at him but he takes it all pretty well. Hershey will play with Gracie, but she has to put the baby girl in her place sometimes. She does a great job of instructing her gently but firmly in what is permissible (or not). Gracie likes the ice as much as her big brother and sister. The only thing is that the big dogs eat it and Gracie wants to turn the bowl over and scatter it everywhere. Thanks for sharing our first week witth us.

What a beautiful puppy! So glossy! Have fun-- the time goes so fast! We've had our puppy for a month now and she's HUGE! It seems like we just got her yesterday.

Gracie is such a little sweetheart, and so is your grandson!! Babies and puppies just seem to go together! Enjoy both of them while they're little! They grow so very fast!!!
