Well, Natalie, I'm joining the consensus. These people made both you and your doodle cry. Plus they cheated you by charging $60 for a bath!

If my dog was afraid or nervous about a groomer, I'd make sure he never went back. Dogs are amazingly good judges of character. I know some dogs are generally nervous but it sounds like that it not the case for you.
