Sam hanging w/Daddy & actually playing with other dogs!?

Yup, vacation weekend picking us kids up from camp led Sampson to get along with Daddy for a while. Too bad that ended as soon as we got home

But Sampson met the dog who lives at the motel we stayed at (cheap, dumpier than we expected!) and his new "pal" kept coming to our door looking for him but Sam just ran in circles to get away from him. Then the next morning he also met a dog named "Mattie" and actually PLAYED instead of running away! It was awesome too see them jumping up on hind legs and dodging eachother like most "normal" dogs do when they play.
I don't know if Mattie was a boy or girl... maybe it was a girl? Sam has only ever met boy dogs and maybe thats why he wasn't so intimidated this dog?

It's a party now...

Great pics! I am glad he is at least warming up to your Dad!!! Maybe once you leave for school he and your Dad will become great pals!
