Default doodley doo

Hi everyone, its snowing here were I am and Kasper is just loving it hehe

And another thing, my little plack puppy is growing so fast and I am seeing a lot of silver hair

It is so hard to predict how his coat is turning out to be. So far he sheds a little bit, maybe just his puppy coat, I don't know. And he has mostly long straight hair, but a little curly on some parts. like ears... Any ideas? His coat is really soft, but still it is water resistant.. and it dries very fast, unlike some more poodle coats I know

Please share with me, if you have any idea what kind of coat I am talking about

Here are two more picture, not the best ones hehe He was helping me with gift wrapping hehe, I dont know if you can see it but he has tape stuck to his hair

Hope you all have a wonderful day

Kasper and Frida

Hey there! Kasper and Guinness seem to have a lot in common. Actually when I first saw him I thought he may have been one of Guinness's litter mates (he had one black brother). They look to be about the same age, weight, and have the same hair type. I've noticed Guinness getting tons of silver and white hair as well. I wonder if it's possible for darker doodles to roan out or something.

Here's Guinness:

From my research I think our guys will end up with coats similar to these:

I've heard from a lot of people that he's going to shed a little from time to time throughout his life. I've noticed little clumps falling off him lately, and I thought it was just his puppy coat, too, but I think since they're F1's (if Kasper is F1 that is) they're more likely to shed.

yes Kasper is F1, so I suppose he is likely to shed some, I dont see the hair fall off, but I find little hair balls in the corners hehe :P They are definatly not litter mates since Kasper and his brothers and sisters were all black haha .Guinness is so cute, is he also 4 months?

thanks for all the pictures, it is fun trying to determine how his coat will be..

Yep, he'll be exactly 4 months on the 12th.
