Thanks everyone for their input! Leslie, she definitely needs some obedience training as she is always testing and has wanted to be in charge since we brought her home.
Annie, It's funny because both times the items chewed were in the foyer and did not really belong there. Maybe that's her cue to chew them? And Leslie, same thing, I was gone just long enough to take my son to the bus stop, so it definitely was not a home alone/ bored issue. I put her in the bathroom for my bus stop trip today, and made sure the cabinet was locked (thanks for the tip, Mary!), she was fine. I just hate confining her. I took her on a long walk afterwards. Rita, I wish I could blame it on teething! She seemed kind of proud of herself, so it was hard to be mad at her |

Linda did you order HS with your credit card? do they have accidental coverage on items you buy for the first 30 days, I used to have a card that had that coverage
We learned the hard way on the cabinets when hank was here - he knows how to pop them open to get food from pantry - Becky forgot to tell me that he LOVEs bread |

Mary, thanks for the credit card tip. I just filed a claim! It may not be covered, but I can try! Also, I tossed all the 'evidence' and no photos, so if I need proof, I am out of luck! They also said they might opt to repair the item, again I would be out of luck! But sure worth a try! Thanks again!!!!!
