Lynne! Great Pics!!! I heard that you folks had a HUGE snow storm...it was only supposed to rain...then a little snow was predicted...and you got over 2 feet????

We measured 14" in our yard, but some of the North Valleys which are actually at a lower elevation than us & that rarely get snow had 2 feet. They are saying it might snow through Wednesday but so far this AM it's just cold with freezing fog.ugh

Great pics! I know doodles love snow, but do does your Aussie? 2 feet is higher than Murphy is tall. Did he did a tunnel?

When the dogs went out in the morning Murphy sunk to his neck in snow, so we brought the dogs in & shoveled as much off the deck as we could and confined them to that area so that we wouldn't lose Murphy in a snow drift lol. To answer your other question, the Aussie loves the snow, but we worry about her because she will go out in the snow and lay down and fall asleep, I'm not sure why she does that, but we don't let her out when we aren't home anymore because we are afraid that we might come home to a completely frozen dog.
