BIRDS!!!

I got the doods one of those big dog food feeders....you know the ones that hold like 5 gallons of food....and I got one of the water ones too that hold 5 gallons of water.

Well last couple days it's been GORGEOUS outside...and the doods NEED to release some energy, so I've been letting them outside for 2 to 3 hours at a time and I put the new water and food feeders outside too. WELL did you know that if you put dog food out in the backyard you will attract about 50 million birds to STEAL all the food from the doods? And did you know the Doodle is so gentle that they will let all the little birds steal all their food?? GUESS WHAT?!?!?!?! After about 45 minutes of the doods playing outside I look out there to check on them. Both boys are just sitting in the backyard - birds all over the place, each bird taking a turn at their food bowl. 1 little kibble at a time stealing it.

Food bowl now is inside (after I cleaned all the bird poop off the lid) - doods can wait until they come inside to eat...

And OH Samson is a year old!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAMSON!

Oh My! And no pictures

. Very cute story. That would not happen in our house. Gus has ran out the back door so fast he has caught birds before they can take off and leave the ground!

Our boys, Rhombus & Torus love to chase the turkeys, and cluck (yes they cluck!) at the deer....Hope Sampson had a great birthday!
