Tuesday is my slave.....if she wants a walk she has to fetch my shoes & the leash.......
She is VERY, VERY excited here.... she had been patiently waiting a good part of the day in this clip! ![]() She also goes out in the yard & collects the ducks that Marley drags out there when I ask her to ... anything for a treat! |

I have no pictures...but Dave plays tons of things with the dogs...they adore him! He has one special, "quiet" game he plays with Bayley...she loves to play ball and even when she is alone, she pushes the ball around, so that it goes under things and she can fetch it...so she will lay down next to Dave and put the ball on the floor and gently, so gently that if you are not paying attention, you see the ball move toward Dave...who, just as gently, pushes it back to her. .. I mean the ball moves a total of one inch...back and forth...they play this for quite a long time!

When we went to the lake this past summer with Samson, we learned that Samson LOVES to retrieve things from the water. Edwin thought this was so cool he would tell all of our friend's kids about how awesome Samson was and than take them down to the lake with Samson and show him off. They'd all play fetch with him for at least an hour.
Issac loves for me to tuck him in at night. I usually lay next to him while we say our good nights. The doods will come and join us, and it turns into a game of who gets to lay closest to Issac. Henry always wins, since he lays directly ON Issac. Amazing how a 65 lbs dog can lay on a 7 year old and not hurt him. We also play fetch in teams. Samson and I are on one team and Henry and Issac are on another team. Now, this is the ONLY time Henry will play fetch. I throw the ball and we ALL run after it. Team that gets the ball 5xs wins! Henry and Issac usually win (but only because me and Samson let them).... |
