A special Christmas card..
I just gotta share…one couple that bought 2 pups from Tuesday’s last litter are the best dog owners!
They decided they needed 2 pups to replace the huge hole in their hearts from their Newfie that they had lost. They have given me regular reports and pictures for over 2 years….this card was sent last year & I meant to post this at Christmas, but I kept putting it down in “safe spots” & losing it! I found it today & left it next to my computer where I should have put it in the first place!!! Eddie is a big guy…over 100 lbs (some of it pudge from being spoiled!) He is an old soul, very smart & is the official watchdog. Molly is about the same size as Marley….63 lbs. She is the goofy one…a real love bug that just wants up on dad’s lap all the time. Ediie watches over her and keeps her in line! Eddie & Molly with mom....  Molly the lap dog...  The card they made.....  And poem... A Labradoodle First Christmas Labradoodles first Christmas, Oh, what a blast! To discover poor Santa And toys that can’t last! They escaped from their crates, and made such a clatter We sprang from our bed To see what’s the matter. Down the stairs we came And oh, what a sight! Molly and Eddie both Giving Santa a fright! Down Eddie, down Molly, Let Santa go! He’s here to surprise you….. Ho! Ho! Ho! But Mommy, says Eddie, he doesn’t belong. He can leave the toys, But I’ll make him be gone! So Santa in tatters, Up the chimney he rose. We told Molly & Eddie, Look, there he goes! Then we heard him say As he rose out of site, “MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!” Was this cute or what!!!!

Aw Judi! It is ALL sooooooo CUTE!!
 Grrrrrrrreat picture!! I can't imagine anyone being in shorts right now.........so everything is simply PERFECT!

Wow! Either Mom is very petite, or Eddie is very HUGE!!!! The card they made cracked me up...so typical of our Doodles craziness!!! They did a great job on the poem too! Thanks for the smiles!

This is just adorable! Did you hear from them this year?
Yes...100 lb dog IS huge!!! lol Judi...you would not believe how much my dogs look like yours! Molly looks so much like two of my Goldendoodles, when they are shaved down...and Eddie is exactly (well, except for his size and his lipstick) exactly like Amelia Jane! |

I have heard from this gal at least every 2 months for over 2 years....she is a crack up and I enjoy hearing from her. These guys are spoiled and she always has funny stories to tell!
This is their 2 year old pic from this summer, thus, the shorts... And yes Kathie...she is a bit petite, but Eddie is still huge! Eddie is the same size as his dad. I am breeding Tuesday to Marley's Uncle this time....he is half the size (different moms), but just as sweet as his brother. He is a momma's boy & a flirt. He is torn between wooing Tuesday & crawling into my lap..... All Marley wants to do is chase him away!
