Default How you know when your doodle(s) are spoiled

Figured this might be a fun topic to discuss - when you figured out your doodle(s) are officially spoiled.

For me - last night - I was getting Issac and I ready to go to a musical. Made Issac dinner - than Henry and Samson. Henry and Samson got chicken, corn, oats and an egg. Got myself ready to go out - got Issac ready - realized I hadn't ate dinner yet. I nuked a hot dog and ate it on my way out of the door.

YEP I'd say my doodles are spoiled seeing how I made sure they got a well-balanced dinner and walked out the door myself with a nuked hot dog.

Your doodles are spoiled when they are asleep on the couch so you sit on the floor.

We realized that our dogs are spoiled when we stopped going to the doctor and dentist...because it was too much money...but if our dogs have an ear ache, we spend $300 without blinking!

Now that I am half done laughing at Todd..........
I'll give a typical "spoiled doodle" story that happened just tonight.
I hadn't eaten since breakfast.....walked Bogart w/ me to work out.........then walked to the grocery store where I met my husband with the car as, of course, I couldn't carry the groceries home.
So, by the time we all got home, it was 7PM........I grabbed bags out of the car and left the rest for hubbster because BOGART HAD TO EAT! Didn't even attempt to throw frozen foods in the freezer. NOPE! My mouth drooling over the aroma of the chicken and famished.......Bogart HAD to be fed first. Everything else was on hold.
I DID manage to eat before I let him out however! .........and until the groceries were put away and kitchen cleaned up!

You know your doodle is spoiled when:

Your doodle won't lay on the couch with you so you lay in the floor with him.

To Todd's reply about the doodles sleeping on the couch so you sit on the floor - um I guess it's a good thing I have an extra chair in the living room: LOL

I'm sitting here reading everyone's posts about how spoiled our doodles are and I'm nodding my head like I'm a bobble-head!!! It all sounds so very familiar! Ozzie doesn't get any special diet or human food - just dry Purina Dog Chow. He would eat anything I put in front of him including socks, towels, any paper product, or electronic equipment! However, he does get the couch whenever he wants and he also takes up as much of the bed as he wants. I just seem to know when he's there and I move my feet to accommodate him! I will cut short a visit or shopping trip to make sure I'm home to feed him when it's time but will put off my own "feeding time"! haha He also gets to have the sunroof open on our Jimmy so he can stick his head out of the top to get some fresh air. We don't allow it on the highway for the obvious safety reasons but he sure does draw attention on the side streets! He looks like he's surfing!!! I love reading about everyone's doodles and their cute little doodle-isms!!! Oh look at the time...time for Ozzie's massage!!!!!
