I'll poop a couple up It's ok Todd, with a baby and 11 dogs I can understand how you have poop on your mind most of the time lol PS the puppies are just beautiful, wish I was getting a little girl for Beck to play with but hubby says 3 dogs here is one too many =/

Yeah, Todd, no pooping on the forum!!
Those pups are mouth-watering gorgeous! Linus wants a little sister sooooo bad.... but not for at least another year... unless I win the lottery before then.

Yaaayyyy!! New pictures!!
And their eyes are open! I love this time...they will learn so much, so quickly now! Pooping pictures, eh? Makes sense to me! hahaha So, which one of the red ribbons is my little fella? I am thinking the closest one, right? Lovely coat! I am so excited to see them start to play...oh, my gosh! Thanks Todd! Glad you pooped the pictures! hahahaha the more I say that the funnier it gets! hahahaha |

Todd, how is the little guy that had such a rough start? Is he still putting on weight?
I am so happy that you noticed what the problem is...I wonder how many times we, as breeders, have missed that? I will be doing the gentle closing of he mouth...with every puppy that seems to struggle now...you are so smart! |

It is such fun watching these doodles grow and open their eyes!!
They are just the cutest little people! I can't help myself! They're little people in furry coats to me! :P Their coats are getting more and more beautiful too!! If you get a chance, I would just LOVE to see another nursing video!! That one video can be played over and over again. It is sooooooooo heartwarming!!!

Thanks Todd! I thought that his white chest was a blanket so I didn't know it was him! I am glad you pointed that out...he looks like he will have a wavy coat, not too curly...this is promising!
I can tell on the bottom picture, to the left is your girl...I can see her tiny white toes! Is it just the flash or are some of the pups darker than the others? My little boy looks a bit darker...or am I just imagining things? Thanks for posting...you should see me with my face right up to the monitor, checking out every detail! |

The little guy that was struggling to eat is doing great. More than doubled his birthweight, and tripled his low point. There are 3 that are slightly smaller than the rest, but they are healthy and strong, just smaller and thats OK. He is still getting 2 bottles a day to supplement but he is nursing from Hershey in the day and overnight as well. He just accepts getting pushed out by the bigger ones now so we top him up with milk.
Here is a video of the one we are thinking of keeping (read: I am trying to convince my DW to let me keep.) Its a little dark, I need an actual video camera with alight and not just a picture camera that takes video. But you can see her white really pop. SSSHHHHHH She's sleeping. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=il6C_PfvibE And some pics. I finally got a few more OK ones (not washed out by flash, or too dark, blurry, poo, etc) ![]() ![]() ]
