Woohoo! Way to go, Dex! That is very impressive indeed!
I can't imagine Boo being even slightly obedient inside of a PETSMART!! That's like temptation island! Good boy Dex!

Will Dexter become a therapy dog?
You know it's funny...Dexter can still be such a naughty goofy doodle that I never in a million years thought he could be a therapy dog. But he's really calmed down a lot lately and is so good on leash that I have thought about it (he also loves people so much and loves getting attention!).

I just don't know if I honestly have enough time for it, but I won't totally rule it out.

WOOO HOOOOO !!!!

DOODLE DANCE.... DOODLE DANCE !!!! Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!

It was by far, my proudest moment when Jazz passed. I tell everyone, these doodles were born for obedience, to bring smiles (hard LAUGHS to be more truthful), show crazy love and most of all ....... they have an unconditional desire to please. Just watch that big "SMILE" when they know they did it right !!

Now I'll wait to hear on that SECOND doodle passing (oh com on mom...... you need the challenge !!!! )

haha...I definitely think Kirby will be able to do it. He just probably needs another year or so. He gets SO distracted in public still (getting better, but still not great).

Congratulations Leslie and Dexter, that's great!!

I plan on doing that with Sadie but I think it will be a while yet, she still gets too excited. So I think it will take longer like with Dexter. I was in class today and a guy with a 10 mo old Newfie just passed it with her. Sadie will be 9 mos old in a few days and she has a lot of calming down to do in one month if I thought of trying it then..

way to go you two!!! - I knew you could do it!!!! - therapy dog in the making??? - Kirby's role model!!! - Hamish is still way too wild!! - Maybe after a summer of walks down our main street with lots of people and kids will help!!! - we've been way too housebound with this frigid winter - and walks that usually don't start until after dark!!! -
