Default Good girl or should I be worried?

Last night I had a committee meeting for the farm coop I belong to. I had worked all day so I brought Gracie with me. She laid on the passenger seat and didn't make a peep the whole way there or back (40 min drive). She shook a tiny bit when we walked into the meeting, but stopped in about a minute. She let people pet her without a fuss or shaking. For the entire two hour meeting she sat on my lap and didn't make a sound or even squirm. I brought her favorite toys and treat stuffed ones but she had no interest in them. My fellow committee members were wondering if I had drugged her. I am definitely going to begin more socialization work with her. But is she too good to be true?

I vote for biding her time! Just kidding.....she sounds just like Miko, except Miko will only let people pet her if I put her in a sit first. If not, she cowers behind me.....little Velcro Princess!

A VERY good girl! Tyke sometimes frightens people with her exhuberant greetings!!! Maybe she could learn a little from Gracie!!
P.S. Gene - love the avatar!!!
