Default new labradoodle

We just picked up our new dog and noticed it has a very very short stub of a tail. Her brothers and sisters had tails, but our had a little stub. Should we be worried?

Some have tails that never grow. It's not common, but it happens. No need to worry. Pictures please!

You could ask the breeder about your dogs stubby tail. I'm hoping he was born that way. I'm not in favor of docking dogs' tails.

Better leave Iphoto alone Cute face! Doodles come in several 'tail types' just like coat types The real reason we become Doodleaholics is because of their personalities which are more varied than coat or tail types! Welcome to a place where not all is within reason

She's beautiful! Congratulations! All this recent talk about pupples on the forum makes me itch for another baby, and my youngest is only 7 months! Doodles are the best.

Congratulations.... our new edition has a little tail but we're guessing it may grow a bit... even our bigger doodles have short tails but with lots of hair.

More photos please

No worries........ unless it starts smokin (only an issue if you have carpet ) ........... doodles tend to be very happy dogs, so be careful.

I think you've got a winner. We do, however, need some non-jaundice lookin pics!!! Let us see this cute baby in real light.
