Default Ollie's Ears After Gromming-Question

Hi Ollie has been scratching his ears (one in particular) ever since he came back from the groomers. There is no smell and they a re clean. They plucked the hair from his ears (which I do not usually do). Anyway, he has scratched one so badly that it has little sores on the inside and the ear itself is red. Has anyone had this happen to there doodle. What would you suggest that we use to help with the itching?

Thanks.

Olive oil with a few drops of lavender will soothe the itch. He may have water in his ear???

Ollie is doing much better .I gave him another bath using his own shampoo and then I rubbed a bit of oil into them. I think that the groomer just plucked too much ( I don't usually pluck Ollie at all) I also think that maybe he was sensitive to the shampoo that the groomer used. Thanks for asking Jac.

Oh, I am glad that he is better...those groomers sometimes get a bit too carried away! I am glad that is all that was troubling him.
