when to change to 2 feedings from 3

Hi
At what age should the three feedings a day be reduced to two? Sadie is 6 months old and her growing seems to have slowed down. Is this a good time to reduce to two feedings? Or is this a question for the vet?

you can start feeding 2 times a day at 4-5 months old, so now is fine.
