I just obtained an 8 week old puppy. She is the baby of a labradoodle mother whom I met and a lab father. She looks exactly like a lab. She is the best puppy I ever had, but is this type of cross breed considered a labradoodle? If so, what would this type of labradoodle be considered? I apologize for my ignorance. Did I mention that we love our new puppy so much - she is sweet, smart and so much fun!

Someone is welcome to correct me if I am wrong, but yes you do have a doodle.
I'm sure someone can help me here. I am most familiar with the F1 and F2, after that I am lost. It does, however, make sense that she looks labby. Lab is dominant. Would love to see some pictures! and..........WELCOME TO THE FORUM!

I agree that he is probably an F1B. From what I understand, F1Bs are any crossbacks, but they are usually crossed back with a poodle to strenghten the chances that they will have non-shedding coats. But I think that it still counts if the back-crossing is with a lab.
