how do i post pictures ?

i have searched all over the forum and can't seem to find how to post pics ??
i am blaming sleep deprivation for my dumbness

go to www.photobucket.com and set up an account..there you ll be able to download pictures from your computer to their site..once the pictures are posted to their site you ll be albe to copy the assigned url under the
picture..then post it here..
