Maybe she's bored?
Our guy mostly barks when he is trying to get our attention to play. I try to ignore him until he stops and then interact with him so he doesn't start up again. If you yell back I think they tend to do it more. If he's outside to potty and starts barking we always let him back in -- as someone who has to listen to other barking neighborhood doges, there is nothing worse than a nonstop barking dog in the backyard that is being ignored by his people.

im wondering if there s any construction going around in your area..dogs will feel the tremors that we can t and will try to bring your attention to
it.. my daughters dog lives in a high-rise in the city..during the day the little guy will start barking inside the apt..but, in the evenings when all s quite there s no barking at all.. also, there are machines that have very high sound waves that we re unaware of...yet, quite irritating to dogs.. |
