Chocolate Doodle with Cream Undertones??? - Page 2

Heather............you are so hilarious! I can't wait until you get your doodle!

Hmmmmmm....fading.......Bogart was pitch black with a few straggling gray hairs on his back at 9 weeks.
I can't capture it on a photo either, but seriously........Bogart looks tie dyed now!

He has browns, beige, blacks and grays........but is mostly black as you can see. However, if the sunlight hits his coat just right........he has a deep, dark choclolate cast to it. TYE TIED!

Someone dunked him in bleach! OH! Did I just say that? Many of you may recall that Bogart drank bleach and Murphy's oil soap mixture at 5 months........almost died. ICU for 36 hours!
But, that is in the past! I LOVE MY DOODLE.......and all of his colors!

Lucy is really a dollbaby!

No matter what color she will be, she looks absolutely PRECIOUS!

You are too sweet! But seriously, what is happening to my "chocolate" labradoodle? She gets more white (cream) in her everyday. It is insane. Plus, her face is fading. I cannot even imagine what she will look like full grown. I am thinking tie dyed will be just it! I love the unknown!

Bogart is only 2 and, seriously, each time he gets a hair cut.......it's like a new color shows up!

Here is Hercules recently, same guy as earlier in this thread, he is so light and he started out very brown. He is a littermate to Kirama's Beck from the forum.

Wow!!! That is crazy! He is so light now, and I love his coloring. The unknown is kinda exciting, isn't it?!

Roxy is black (from an all black litter) with a chocolate mum and apricot dad. Seen in the light she has a chocolate sheen to her coat, especially noticeable on her head, and, only just noticed today, she has a ring of chocolate hairs around what I would call the 'wrist' pad on her front paws, but only there! Looking forward to see what she is going to look like when she's older.
