Congrats on your new puppy. You are in for more fun than you can imagine. Is it easy in the beginning? NO....it is a lot of work...just ready Denver's and his mom's post about Ryder. Is it worth it...YES, every night of not getting enough sleep, everything they chew ( remotes, blackberries, shoes...what ever), their love and goofiness makes it all worthwhile.

Like Annmarie says, getting them use to being brushed helps. There are many different doodle coats...some easier to maintain than others. Some groomers are better than others too, especially with doodles.
