HI.... boy the old days are gone ...but at the bottom of their site i guess it's not R. Dobbins that you email now
it's another person
http://www.ingen.bs/ at very bottom of page, there is a special gal to email regarding awaiting test results

it says as follows:
Are you looking for test results?
Does your portal say Yes under Results but there are no results?

Does your portal say View Certificate but nothing shows up?

We are changing to the new certificate for our new test platform. During this time, you will see this flag but until the status changes to "Audited for Accuracy" your results are not available, the test is still being processed and you cannot view, print or save the certificate. We are working on getting this corrected as quickly as we can.

If you have any questions, please contact sherrill@ingen.bs.

i'm sure most of you know this but if anyone new might not ...

When we first used Ingen we received our results and two other results were also included with two other dogs that were not ours...We emailed the Co. to let them know naturally...Now I wonder if those other dog owners received their results at all....

Sent in swabs for 3 dogs for the Pra & vwD test , Waited 3 months time mind you for results on 3 dogs, I correctly received results on one dog , but only the Pra was done on the other 2 dogs..not the vwD test....Again with the emails...and no response....They never emailed me when the results were listed on the "Customer Portal" I just happened to check on it myself last week and the results were posted...just an FYI for any one waiting for an email from them, because you will be waiting for not...

Martha, IN THE PAST i had to wait 6 or more weeks for my results on BEAU during the "infringment" case and Ingen having a patent waiting.

NOW i do believe they're operating overseas in Bahamas? i am not sure .........anyway i am wondering if they got in OVER their head
undercutting competition severely. AND NOW even though they raised their prices i would NOT be surprised with them trying to play
"catch up" it would take 2 or more months.
ALSO if they're rushing on older order then the likliehood of errors or inaccuracy can go up.

So QUESTION: is it better to go to one of the others for the tests , pay a higher price and get results in 1 to 2 weeks.

I FEEL for all of you waiting on results right now as it can be frustrating and also may mean missing a breeding dam or sire
due to wrong or NO results as your reputation is on the line then if you breed without full test results.
