I just heard a noise......oh, never mind, it was just Thomas Jefferson rolling over in his grave!!!!

I could not agree more about big government and this bill is a PERFECT example. Who is sponsoring it and why? I bet it is a PETA group that means well, but is not taking the time to consider the whole picture. You breeders in West Virginia and surrounding states need to email and call this Congressman. And get ALL your clients to do the same. I promise that this Congressman could care less and is only sponsoring because a large block of voters is pushing it. PUSH BACK!! In government policy, silence is DEADLY! The squeaky wheel always get the grease so start your protests right now or you will find this thing passed and done before you know it.

And if you find out who is pushing it, call them, too. See if you can work together on this thing to tighten it up a bit. Let them know that breeders would be willing to help draft it instead of fighting it, but they need to understand where you are coming from.
