No, no, on vacation I actually schedule in time for rest....LOL!! (I had laminated note cards for day by day activities when we went to Disney!! ) However, I will say this, I plan like crazy but I am pretty laid back in general. Also, I have planned trips from Disney to the beaches to Europe and everyone always has a blast.

The way I figure it, I have 3 months before we get our puppy so I might as well get all the info I can, right? And if you have a lot of background info on anything, then when monkey wrenches get thrown, you can take it in stride and not get too freaked out.

I am a stay at home mom (although I am about to start a Masters Program at 40!! ), my hubby works from home and my mother in law lives with us...so THREE adults home all day will be great for the puppy. There will be few times when she has to be left alone. Also, we have all agreed to take a hand in training her so we can be on the same page. So, I think we are prepared.........

Or, I am just a nut!!! Yes, I am probably a nut!! But a nut who is excited about a puppy, which is the best type of nut to be!! A puppy nut!!
Or a dognut! Wait, a doodlenut!!! HeeHee.

I am sooo excited for all of you!!

Keep up the great research and you'll be more than prepared! It is a really good thing to do.
It will be a tremendous help for all of you to be on the same page.
I must say that is a challenge around here....as I have true pranksters who love to rile the dogs up with bad habits during play, etc.
Oh well, the dogs love it!

Glad to know you can kick back and chill!! I was a little worried that you
might be too wired to relax....maybe being a perfectionist about things....I tend to be that way a little....but the older I get, the less persnickity. I do tend to ask too many questions, talk to much, and think about an issue all around the world and back before making a decision. Having dogs and kids sort of undoes my agenda~ sooooo that's good!

Have fun!
