Thanks to everyone for your help and concerns on finding Count a new home. A family from TN came and got him on Saturday. I think that they will make him a good home and he will be a happy fellow. We miss him so much and it was so hard to do but it was for the best for all of us. They are planning to update his progress on the forum so keep a look out!

I was very relieved to read that on the other thread. I can't tell you how tempted I was, but we really can't accommodate another dog! I do hope that Count's new family keeps us supplied with stories and pictures. He is so precious!
Did they keep the name? Leslie

I was tempted too--but he was too far away and it is really not a good time. I imagine it was hard, but making sure he found a good home when you knew he was more than you could handle is such a loving thing to do.
