I have my heart set on a doodle. I would love a multigen labradoodle or double doodle. I have to have one that doesn't shed or is very minimal, low dander. I do understand everything that a reputable breeder goes through for quality dogs. However, if you don't have $2500 is it ever possible to find a quality dog for $1500 or do I just need to give up? I live 3 hours from the closest breeder so guardianship isn't an option. Besides, I really want a neutered male. I would really appreciate your opinions.

You should have no problem finding a quality, non-shed, F1b LD for $1200-$1500.
The Australian LD's tend to have the higher price tag. I have a friend that has small Double doodles, myself I have a couple silky, curly black F1b boys available, but they will grow to the 55-70lb range. What size are you looking for & where do you live? If we knew where you lived we could recommend a breeder to you... |
