Default Searching for an adult labradoodle

Hi, all...

Hoping someone can help me out. After many years of being dog-less, I've decided it's time to find my new best friend. I'm particularly interested in a medium to large male labradoodle that would enjoy hiking, swimming and other outdoor activities. I'd like him to be active, but not too wild or crazy. The only problem is that I'm typically out of the house from 7am - 5:30pm. I'd get a dog walker to come in mid-day, but the dog is going to need to be ok alone for a good part of the day during the week (crated until house broken, then he'll have free reign of the house).

Does anyone know of any adult labradoodles (breeder, rescue or re-home) in search of a home?

Thanks,

Amy

Go to Doodle Rescue Collective Inc site at: doodlerescueinc.org, and fill out an adoption application, stating clearly just what you are looking for. Many of our dogs are already adopted when they are listed on petfinder due to the list of wonderfully qualified applicants waiting for the right dog to come into the program. Sadly, we are getting emails from doodle owners almost every day looking to rehome their dogs, and some are so heartbreaking, ie the dog has been a loyal friend and is now 5 or 6 yrs old but the kids have moved away and the "adults" no longer have time for the dog!!! I'm sure that IDOG also has a need for adopters looking for an older dog.
