Jac, they all are gorgeous you are right about that!! Like I told Maureen ANY one of those beauties would be perfect to have. There are a few ahead of me so after they pick I will get to, and will have 9 to chose from, it will be a very tough decision to make. Every time I see pictures I fall in love with each puppy. And everyone's doodle on the forum is so cute, just love them all. It will be nice to have them narrowed down after others pick, since I want them all at any given time.

thanks, Kathie! There are a few names that are popular in our family and get re-cycled. Maggie, Sadie, and Daisy have been repeated. But my 15yr old and 12 yr old come up with the names, for most, and then teach the rest of us. Now, LAZARUS got his name from his having trouble, initially, but that's kind of self-explanatory, right?
NEWS FLASH: I just had the #1 chooser from Truffle's litter back out, due to family circumstances, so that means there is ONE MORE puppy for Cindy to choose from! |

Cindy has made her choice.....I am hesitant to remove some of those 4wk old pictures from my site but I have 6-7wk old pictures up now.
Howcome taking pictures takes so much time?! Does anyone use a re-sizing program that re-sizes to a standard size AND allows you to add text? I have to run each picture thru a separate program for crop/re-size, and then thru Canon's program to add text! It's a big fat hassle! I don't mind, or want to complain but at the same time it just seems like there should be a program that could streamline it. For example, I can 'trim' in the Canon program but it doesn't give me a 4x6 or 5x7 guide for the crop. anyway, wanna see some puppies? Should I post this for breeders, or do you owners have an idea or tip? ![]() |

Gosh, Maureen, they are so cute!
I know what you mean about changing the pictures! When you get some really darling ones, it is so hard to replace them with others...but when the others are as cute as these, well...no problem! I am not a photo person and I am less of a software program/photoshop type person...so I am of no help...it takes me HOURS to take pics, reveiw them, crop them, and then resize...when I upload my pics onto the blog page, they automatically resize. That helps! |

I know on photobucket you can re size automatically. You have to set the size you want the upload and it will stay that way. I think Gene told someone else about it on this forum.
Your pictures are so cute! I just want to hug them! |

Why do you have to take the 4 week ones down to put up 6 weeks ones? I upload a couple of pics every two weeks to my site so the families can watch their doodle change and grow.

Maureen, get Photoshop Elements and use it to manipulate your pictures. You can add text that way, too. And I just upload my pictures to the forum directly from my computer desktop without going through Photobucket. For some reason it has been letting me do that since I started posting here again; there must have been a change in the forum software. It sure makes it easier!
