I just took Maya to the vet too and they think she has IBS. We are ruling that out first instead of last due to my observation of things. She always gets yucky poo after kenneling (even though she loves it there), going to my parents house, after the landscapers were here etc.

Just a suggestion.....I am using a GI supplement for Maya. It's called GI supplement and I got it from. Here's the link to it.

Maya was on it about a week and then she started having the best poo of her life. I give her 2 caps at every meal( twice a day). I just sprinkle them on her food. She eats it with no problems. She recently had a bout of diarrhea after coming home from the kennel and landscapers being at the house but it only lasted 2 days and I didn't have to put her on a bland diet to get her back on track like I usu do. I just gave her caps and added about 6-7 pieces of pineapple to her food and she got better on her own. The vet just gave me librium to give to her when I know she is going to be in a stressful place to see if that will help as well.

Oh and I will be in Ann Arbor on July 22 and I am hoping to find a hotel that will allow my dogs. Any chance you want to meet for a romp if I can find one?
