Default Guardian Home Needed in Northern California!

I am looking for a top-notch guardian home to place my beautiful F1B parti (cream and apricot) Labradoodle.
I prefer someone in the Sacramento area, but will consider other areas too...most important is to give my girl a good home!
If you are interested, please contact me via PM and I'll write back with my email address.
For those who don't know, guardians make a commitment to raise the dog as their own, but the breeder retains legal ownership until a given number of litters is born. The dog actually goes to the breeder to breed and to have her puppies and stays with the breeder until the pups are weaned...but if you want to keep her at home, I would work with the right person to do that.
Then, after the agreed-upon litters have been born, the female is spayed and given to the guardian.
You only pay for regular vet bills, food and supplies and commit to training the pup, as if the dog were yours. The breeder pays for all breeding related testing. If the dog is not breedable, due to poor testing, she will be immediately spayed and given to you.
Your commitment is time, love, devotion and sacrifice...you are tied to the breeder for several years...usually 5 years for a female.

Jac,

If I didn't have a plan I am working.....and if I didn't live in Texas!!

Man, I'd sure be tempted. You will find someone close by to help.

Are the fires out? I haven't heard.
Sure hope all is well!!

Well, it's a big state, Gene and Jane...c'mon over!

Wish you were here...really! I'd love to share my doodles with such loving families!

Jane, thanks for asking...yes, the fires are finally out! It was really bad but the firefighters were great...they held the fire back as much as possible. Tonight we drove by and saw some homes surrounded by chared grass, but the homes were still there! Amazing! (50 homes burned down though...very sad.)
