Can anyone recomend Tegan Park in Orlando? Have read a lot on about every Labradoodle site I can find. We have kinda narrowed it down to Tegan unless something comes up.
Thanks, Jenn

I have read what is on thier website and Ruthland Manor's website. I have a friend that has an awsome LD for Tegan Australia. I'm looking at the one in Orlando.

Be sure to ask tons of questions... testings, temperaments, socialization, guarantees, and does the guarantee continue, after Tegan Park retires, and pedigrees, etc.

Hello Jenkirk,
My Jofi is a Tegan labradoodle (although she came from Tegan in Australia). Personally, I've had a good experience with Tegan - Jofi is everything I wanted in a dog. That said, the things I have discovered since purchasing a dog from Tegan have worried me. Tegan will shortly be closing down, so perhaps now is not a good time to be thinking of getting a dog from them - their dogs are being auctioned off. From what I understand there has been some very messy business from Tegan towards Rutland. It also worries me to see that the new Acacia Park (also part of Tegan Australia) is breeding all sorts of mixes. I don't know how this reflects on the US branch of Tegan. If you want to find out more, feel free to send a PM. I'm expecting a second LD in the summer - this time the puppy will come from Rutland Manor - in truth, had I known what I know now, I wouldn't have been involved with Tegan. Libby |

I have heard various things about both TP and RM. I became nervous about adopting from TP O. On their chat page it say Angela is retiring. I contacted TP Orlando. The person I spoke with said not to worry that they will be there. So who really knows but them. Thay have litters posted and litter on thier way. I think I am going to go with Dixie's Doodles when the time is right. Unless something changes. My friend adopted a doodle from Tegan Aus. too. She had a great experience too. I would listen to my gut.
Thanks for the info. Jenn
